Services and Prices
Arctic Fantasy Park defines the services offered and their prices in accordance with the terms listed here. All prices provided include the current VAT as required by Finnish tax law.
Arctic Fantasy Park reserves the right to:
Adjust prices due to unforeseen costs (such as fuel, raw material costs, etc.)
Modify schedules or service content due to factors like weather conditions
Language of Service
Bookings made with Arctic Fantasy Park are valid once a booking confirmation has been sent to the customer. Payment options for services are displayed on our website, or alternatively, daily tickets to Arctic Fantasy Park can be purchased on-site.
Cancellation Policy
Pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Changes
All changes to reserved services must be made in writing during office hours (8 AM to 4 PM) by emailing info@arcticfantasypark.com
or calling +358 40 717 7815.
Service Provider Responsibility
Arctic Fantasy Park conducts its activities following proper safety plans and health and safety standards as required by Finnish laws and regulations.
Liability
Arctic Fantasy Park is liable only for personal injury or material damage caused during the service due to an accident resulting from faulty equipment or negligence by the service provider, its staff, or subcontractors. Arctic Fantasy Park is not responsible for damages or injuries covered by the participant's travel insurance.
We recommend that customers obtain travel insurance for unexpected situations. Service users are responsible for fully compensating any damage caused to the premises or its property. Parents are responsible for the actions of minors. We suggest obtaining personal travel insurance for individual coverage.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for any failure, damage, or loss caused by force majeure or any similar situation (including, but not limited to, war, strikes, weather, lack of snow, etc.). If either party encounters force majeure, they must promptly inform the other party in writing and provide updates on the situation as it continues. Both parties will take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of force majeure on fulfilling their contractual obligations.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Finnish law. Finnish courts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from these terms. The first court of jurisdiction is the District Court of Lapland in Rovaniemi. Arctic Fantasy Park reserves the right to change terms and prices. All prices include VAT.

Orders
Orders are made by selecting products from our online store and adding them to the shopping cart. Orders are confirmed by using the checkout function to complete the payment. By confirming the order, you accept these terms and product prices. A confirmation will be sent in email The confirmation will list the ordered products and a price breakdown.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
